About the course

There are few things worse than being ill-prepared for a crisis. This course will help small to medium-sized banks  strengthen their foundations for crisis management, and provide them with tools for creating a plan for information flow, decision-making and managing emerging issues during times of instability.

Efficiency and effectiveness are two key components in crisis management. Working with subject matter experts, participants will understand how to best build confidence internally and externally while establishing clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders.

Participants will discuss best practices for mitigating reputational damage and decision-making. The course will conclude with an activity aimed towards identifying the level of preparedness for your institution, providing you with the tools to adjust your current plans and maintain compliance.

**Although this course is targeted towards small to medium-sized banks that may not have as strong a crisis management framework, all practitioners looking to build their knowledge are welcome.
