The last year (beginning of Q2 2010 to end of Q1 2011) has seen an increase of assets under custody for all of the 10 survey participants with particularly impressive growth from Brown Brothers Harriman (32% increase), RBC Dexia (18%) and State Street (19%). The minimum growth for any custodian was 8%, while the overall assets under custody were up around 20% over the year till the end of quarter one 2011.
