About the course

This dynamic course provides a step-by-step guide to effectively embedding ESG into the op risk framework, building on existing tools and processes while avoiding duplication. Diverse topics will be covered, such as regulatory drivers, rating agencies’ expectations, and best practices for establishing ESG governance.

Our subject matter expert will offer guidance on overcoming common challenges and share insights into how other organisations approach ESG risk management. Participants will develop the skills to formulate risk appetite statements and manage emerging risks using scenario analysis.

With an emphasis on practical application, the course features group discussions during which participants will share experiences and collaborate to create tailored action plans for their institutions.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to identify ESG risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies within their organisation.

Please note: this training is designed for professionals in the financial services industry.
