Presidential commission suggests reforms to address oil sector risk management after BP Gulf of Mexico spill investigation

The National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling released its final report yesterday, which called for stricter standards throughout the oil and gas sector and better oversight of the industry.
