French regulator: we are not the Brexit bogeyman

AMF denies pursuing relocations from UK, but calls on EU27 to build its financial markets

A leading French financial markets regulator has stressed the country does not want to use Brexit as an opportunity to drag existing business away from the UK, but is focused on maintaining adequate supervision and developing the industry across the EU27 over time.
