Anna DSB warns venues against gaming the fee model

Unique derivatives identifiers are proving expensive

The registration agency responsible for generating unique financial instrument numbers for over-the-counter derivatives has announced an increase in its fees. The price hike comes despite previous complaints from trading venues over the existing price tag attached to the service.

So-called “power” users of the service face a rise of 73% while “standard” users face a 70% price rise – a move that has angered trading venues, which are obliged to subscribe to the service under new reporting

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
