Girolami to leave LCH for NatWest

Clearing house CEO named CIB head for UK lender

Isabelle Girolami

Isabelle Girolami is set to leave her role as chief executive officer of LCH Ltd to take up the newly created role of head of corporate and institutional banking at NatWest, as confirmed by both entities.

Girolami, who has served as CEO of the London-based clearing house since 2019, will leave in spring 2025. Her replacement at LCH has not yet been communicated.

“We look forward to welcoming Isabelle to the role of head of corporate and institutional banking in the new year,” said Robert Begbie
