FSA publishes final liquidity rules

The UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) published the final version of its new liquidity rules last month. But despite attempts by the regulator to respond to criticisms raised in the consultation period, banks continue to worry the regime will put the UK out of step with the rest of the world, and impose draconian reporting and liquidity buffer requirements on financial institutions of all sizes.
