- ABN Amro has launched the Al Mumtaz certificate, a six-year capital-protected Islamic product with 92% exposure to a reference index comprising the bank's indexes, Shipping (30%), Bric Infrastructure (40%) and Climate Change and Environment (30%). Proceeds buy sharia-compliant equities. At maturity, the equities' portfolio value is sold at the final certificate value, determined by the reference indexes performance.
