Providers turn to funds for UK financial advisers

Three product manufacturers are adding funds to their offerings for UK investors, including two via the independent financial advisers (IFA) network.

Citifirst, the funds arm of Citi, has launched an autocallable structured fund. Morgan Stanley now has two funds – an open-ended investment company (Oeic) and its latest offering, which uses G7 bonds to collateralise a FTSE-linked income fund. Investec has expanded its product range with the release of a Venture Capital Trust.
