Towards the end of our interview with Brian McCappin, his daughter Lily walks into the room with a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. Next, the global head of institutional foreign exchange sales at Citi in New York is booked for a virtual lunch meeting with a client in Boston. As a treat for McCappin, his 10-year-old daughter has agreed to cater the occasion.
