Expert managers have looked beyond technicals behind commodities' bull run, pinpointing macro-economic themes driving the markets onwards and upwards

Investors in energy and commdities funds are experiencing "once-in-a-generation supply/demand fundamentals, where exploration and capacity has been linked to rising prices," according to Tal Lomnitzer, fund manager at London hedge fund manager Orn Capital.
