Kumbirai Mabwe

Kumbirai Mabwe has a PhD in Operational Risk Management and a Master of Research degree from Glasgow Caledonian University. She also has an MSc Investment Analysis degree from the University of Stirling (with Distinction) and an Honours Accounting degree from the University of South Africa. Kumbi previously lectured at the University of Fort Hare in South Africa, Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of South Wales, and she has also worked in the HSBC Markets and Pricing Department in Stirling.

Her teaching and research interests include bank management and performance; financial services regulation; operational risk management; entrepreneurship; and the finance gender gap.
