UBS kickstarts European ETC rollout with multiple listings in London

UBS has listed 69 exchange-traded commodities (ETCs) on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) as part of an expansion into Europe.

The bank began the rollout in London as it is the biggest market for ETCs in Europe. Figures from the LSE show that daily trading volumes for ETCs and exchange-traded funds reached £169 million in February.

Pricing starts at $400 for a single ETC, which places them within reach of most investors. The listings include four ETCs that track the Bloomberg Constant Maturity
